Use Masking Tape to temp help hold the –01 or –02 seal in place, allowing you get “FEEL” how/where seal will look.

USE Masking  Tape for ONLY a few minutes to help YOU see  how the Seal will compress.

Use a Marker Pen and trace where the Air-Chambers will be...          Best Door-Seal-Kit

......  Then remove the temp tape and glue in place with the Peel n’ Stick adhesive.  Shown below is the -02 Air-Chamber Seal.

Only ONE Air-Chamber is needed up near the Hinges.  Use Razor  to relocate the removed chamber to the rear of the door, to make THREE-Chambers if needed.  Picture above: Two Air-Chambers.

Align the Air-Chambers to compress Against Airframe Door-Jam when Door is closed, to achieve an air-lock.

26 Feet Total of Air-Chambers  (13 Feet per roll of Twin Chambers) ONLY one Air-Chamber is needed at most locations of your door, however: use two, or three Air-Chambers where needed. Split down the center to separate the two air chambers.

What do WE Recommend?  Buy the -02/-02 Twin AIR-CHAMBER

For 97% of the aircraft...the -02/-02 Door/Airframe Kit is the BEST. $99.95 (-02 goes all around your door, then install the extra -02 ($29.95 more) on your "Airframe", Corners Top & Bottom.  The Air Chambers will meet and mesh-together like in a BMW, from the Door & Air-Frame

...We have many choices and kits to choose from, because no 2 doors are the same

Don't remember....Trade A Plane, Maybe ?

I put the door seal(s) on my Arrow. I loved the ease of installation. I promised I'd send some pictures. I did the install a few weeks ago but haven't even started the engine. I may want to install another chamber. Let me know your new email address and I'll send the pics. Are you going to Osh Kosh? I've scheduled the week off and my wife has published "The Pilot Alphabet" for kids. She'll be there as well.

NO two doors are the same. So you will need to determine how many Air-Chambers will be needed…and where.
