Our "Squeeze-Out" Seal is Two Door-Seal in One...  One side is thin and gets Squeezed-Out filling the gaps, while the other side wraps around your airframe.

Our "Squeeze-Out" Seal may be too big for your aircraft click here

How does our Seal work?     Briefly...

To seal out: Wind/Water/Noise while sealing in warmth any seal must be a "Barrier"      Customer Door Seal Install with Photos

When 1st installed and the door is close and latch, the soft "Memory Cells" will form-fit to your door like a latex glove, thus forming a "Molded-Fit" around your door in 24 to 48 hours.  No two doors are identical, which is indeed the problem aircraft owners have with sealing them....

...What you end-up with, is a Door-Seal that is unique to ONLY your door. Our seal FITS only your door, by filling all the gaps

AvTek's  " Door Seal".  Not just Sealing-OUT "Noise"  but Water, and cold as well.

While the -02 "Air-Chamber" seal material goes near the hinges, the -01 "Squeeze-Out" material with it's "Micro-Memory" Cell  design... will after 24 to 48 hours with your door Closed & Latched, the -01 will mold itself & form-fit to your DOOR.  The -01 Fills the Gaps at the rear of your door and the -01 Seal will be unique to ONLY YOUR aircraft Frame.  This seal material will hold Cabin Pressure in a Pressurized Aircraft.

Aero  500 series

Used your seals before and am very happy with the results ...I can hear again in the cockpit while flying, I had your competitors seal before.

I wish to order another 4 sets of seals for my "500 fleet".
Please return pricing for identical packages as previously bought from you ... I love your seals!

Customer asked us below if  we could make a Seal-Kit using both Air-Seal -02 & -01 "Squeeze-Out"...Indeed, YES we can:

we have air leaks in the Door-Seal due to doors' mechanical wear out. pls suggest which of your door-seals would do the job. I feel if you can make a kit with lengths of squeeze-out, door-gap and air-chamber seals, we can mix and match to solve the problem.

Yes Sir...Indeed I'm very pleased you asked.  I have offered this suggestion to many.  Mixing and matching is the ONLY way to actually accomplish the task of sealing each aircraft door...Because; NO TWO DOORS ARE THE SAME.

$129.95/door.  Order ask for:  "Air-Squeeze-Kit"    Only $199.95 for two Doors.

Door circumference is from 122 inches to 144, depending on aircraft. Or Approx: 11 feet.  Your door is similar to a Piper Cherokee in many ways.  I suggest MORE Air-Chamber Seal.  (8 feet of "-02 Air-Seal")  &  (4 feet of "Squeeze-Out -01" ) For at total of 12 feet, you will have extra of both, in case you need it.  Install "Squeeze-Out" on the Top and Rear of the Door...While installing Air-Seal on the Bottom and Forward Door where the hinges are.  Because the Squeeze-Out is too large near the hinges and trimming would be needed there anyway.   This combination is indeed the "BEST" solution and ONLY our company can make this offer.

It’s  Aero-PMA-Parts Company's pleasure;  to announce after hundreds of hours and thousands of invested dollars, Door-Seal with "SQUEEZE-OUT"  is available for purchase.  Other makes/models will soon follow, such as Cessna, Mooney, and Beech.

Are you tired of wind in your hair as you fly.  Or water puddles on your carpet?

We believes our door seal exceeds the original manufactures design, and we are confident that Aircraft Owners will agree.  Actually, not a difficult task to accomplish, considering the technical advancements made in the past 30 to 40 years since aircraft designers built their seal.  The materials available today are superior, compared to the past.

The material selected for our  “Door-Seal” meets and exceeds FAA standards.    It's very tough!   Our door-seal will remain “Snug & Fit”, sealing out “Wind-Noise, Cold and Rainwater", when tied down.  The ability to accomplish this is in the "Micro-Memory" Fibers inside our Door Seal.  The seal "Squeezes-Out" to  fill the Gap all around the door...NO OTHER Door-Seal has "Squeeze-OUT" which fill the Gap.

The Problem with other Door-Seals.  They are either "Round" or "Square", it's like trying to put a round peg into a square hole.  Your Door is neither round or square.  Your door is a "V" Channel.

We have many satisfied customers that owned an inflatable Door-Seal.  Our seal does what NO other seal can...Seals by "Squeezing-OUT" between the two surfaces.  When any seal does that, nothing can leak through.
Inflatable seals are like a round balloon.  The surface of the inflatable seal will touch at some locations, but at other spots like a balloon it will not... Because no two doors are identical.   Inflatable Seal does not fill the gaps, it actually creates gaps.

Our door-seal is applied to the aircrafts door, as your aircraft designer intended their original door-seal to be installed.   Which will prevent any tearing, or  loosening of seal material and virtually eliminates the need for minor repairs through normal and RUGGED everyday use.

The FAA-Approval process....is COMPLETED! Dec 15 2004  We are NOW accepting orders

Why is the Seal so Big?

We designed and engineered our seal from the point of source...Your leaky door,  and small door seals "Leak".  Our seal allows the thin seal material to extend beyond the door frame 1/8 to 3/16 inch to form a "WATER-Tight" seal at the top of the door and all the way around the door.

Yes the outside portion of seal that protrudes and fills the gap can be trimmed, but not recommended.  Adjust the amount of seal material that protrudes when you install the seal, thus eliminating the need to trim.

This is what allows the gaps in all doors to finally be sealed.

The seal material which protrudes out to fill the gaps is thinner at this location then the rest of the seal.  It therefore does not have any significant drag component to it, even at 550 knots our computer models tell us.  Any amount of seal material that needs to be removed may be on the inside and probably will be on the leading edge of the door, due to tighter clearance in the front leading-edge of the door.   Just readjust the seal by moving it slightly.  The fiber-glass double back tape we provide allows adjustments to be made easily.

As you can see from our pictures, the seal gets larger moving away from this thin area.  The reason is to allow the door to be seal twice at two different locations.  1st; outside filling the gaps.  Then the 2nd time is around your door frame,  like a Tupperware lid.  It even makes a "Swishing" sound when the doors are closed, and sealed-tight. Visit our "Video-Movie" to hear for yourself.  But, if you go to view the movie on any evening at prime time, this web-site that host our movies which advertises themselves as HIGH-SPEED BROAD-BAND is SLOW, very Slow.  about 120 seconds to load on evenings.  15 seconds during the day.  We are looking for another host.

No stress on the hinges, here's why:

When 1st installed and the door is close and latch, the soft "Memory Cells" will form-fit to your door like a latex glove, thus forming a "Molded-Fit" around your door in 24 to 48 hours.  No two doors are identical, which is indeed the problem aircraft owners have with sealing them.

In a few days the door-seal will be formed-fitted  to each door as if it was poured from a mold.

Removing the inside (Wind lace) Leather-Trim may need to be done. Then re-install the wind-lace leather trim after door is adjusted and fit-snug.  Remember, your Piper-Cessna, Mooney, Beech aircraft has NEVER had a properly fitted Door-Seal until now.  So the inside trim may need adjusting.  The end results will be an "Air-Lock-Door",  like the Jet-Liners.  It is up to the installer to accomplish air-tight-seal.

 Click: Door-Seal Install Manual.

Our seal is designed for multiple aircraft make/model applications, which is making it easier for the FAA.
